The City of Starke Building and Zoning information is handled through Bradford County Building and Zoning Dept. The County oversees the City in regards to all codes pertaining to City building and zoning. The above link will provide you with all their information. The following links will connect you to Bradford County's building or zoning e-mail addresses where you can e-mail your questions to the appropriate Bradford County offices: All City of Starke site plans and sign applications are available below. Any questions in regards to sign applications can be directed to
the Code Enforcement Office at 904-964-5027.
